CAPE UNION MART / KWAY

I bought a KWay jacket at cape union mart Constantia in July. The zip gets stuck cos it seems to be sewn across the zip. They sent it away to be fixed. I must wait 6 to 8 weeks or maybe longer I was told! How ridiculous, spending so much money and then having to wait so long!!! Or, I can go to Canal Work and .... really, I bought it from your store, not Canal Walk. Very disappointing that customer service is so poor and we just have to suck it up!
