Cape Union Mart is a con

I’m appalled to say the least. Cape Union Mart is a ripoff I went to their Stellenbosch branch to buy sneakers and They were out of stock in that branch so the shop patron advised to order a pair via their omni app and they assisted me in store and I paid and they were due to be delivered after 3/5 working days and then after more than 6 days or no communication whatsoever I returned back to the store only to be told that they are out of stock of the sneakers yet before I paid we checked and they had stock. I then asked to be refunded in cash and they refused and told me about some stupid protocol and they said I’d get my money back in my bank account by 2/3 working days but still haven’t received anything No communication. Just a bunch of arrogant *********** workers that are clueless about their job. Guys don’t go there or rather don’t use the omni app
