Cape Union Mart internet ****

I ordered two akasia patio chairs from Cape Union Mart on 15 November 2024. I did this from a link ad on instagram. Seemed legit black friday deals. Paid via card. Received regular updates that the goods where being shipped from China. Yesterday received a message update to say the goods had been delivered at 10 at night. Definitely no goods received here. This must be a ****. You get no replies on e-mails and there is no other way of contacting these apparant 'couriers'. What facinates me is that Cape Union Mart has not picked up on this **** and warned the public about. One would think that they are suffering great reputational risk through this and damage to their brand. Pathetic and no sense of responsibilty.
