I had i terrible 2 hour long experience at this store. The store manager invoiced me R 1000 extra on what was "suppose"to be sale items. If I had not checked my receipt I would have been busted. I bought 3 items off their sale section all to find out some of the marked down items were still at original price on their system and NOBODY, not even the store manager could fix this. I asked him to get hold of their technical team, which he did, but they too could not find a solution! "Sorry mam, welcome to our world"was the only excuse that I was offered. I am now sitting with an unwanted and unplanned gift voucher during JANUWORRY worth R950,00 only because they could not refund my money back into my account.
