CAPE UNION MART GREENSTONE PROMISES AND INTEGRITY IS QUESTIONABLE

I dropped a faulty pair of hiking boots on the 3 October 2018 at Cape Union Mart - Greenstone- Edenvale.. I was assured I will get a call to give me feedback on what was happening with my complaint.

The complaint slipp said Allow 6-8 weeks for a response. Its over ,8 weeks and still I have not had any response or feedback regarding the complaint.

I will never recommend Cape Union Mart for offering good service leave alone after sales service and keeping their promises.

I have no doubt after sending this complaint I will receive an automated message from Cape Union Mart stating they will look into the complaint.

I will not go to Cape Union Mart begging for feedback.
