Cape Union Mart goes the extra mile

I was in possession of an older K way telescope that was not functioning as expected. I went into my nearest store at Greenstone and they sent the Telescope to Cape Town for an assessment and possible maintenance. I was contacted to say that the Telescope was irreplaceable but instead of leaving it there, Gerhard and the team went the extra mile and gave me a voucher for near R1300 so that I could again be the proud owner of a telescope.
