CAPE UNION MART GIVES KWAY A BAD NAME

Cape Union Mart @ Woodmead, Centurion Mall, Mall @ Reds, Vaal Mall, Menlyn are the most unhelpful, arrogant people ever. This is the third time that I've not been helped at all or the replies I get is "I don't know when we are getting stock. Stock is only delivered" and that they can't call other branches to help us order our KWay jackets. It is as if nobody at the branches WANTS to help us. Not only are they shaming Cape Union Mart but they are also giving Kway a very bad name. The 2nd time I ordered online, the courier never updated the package or cape union mart isn't able to give me an answer. I am so upset with the service. But this is not acceptable. I wouldn't refer anyone to buy from these branches.
