CAPE UNION MART EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

I made an online order on 08/12/2022, today is 20/12/2022 I still haven't received my order. I have called their customer care twice not once, however, am not getting a concrete answer on when will my order get delivered. This is so annoying and disgusting customer service. The order status has been saying "Shipped" but delivery dololo . i think you should instead refund me. We place orders online due to convenience. I want to use this order contents by this Friday hence I have given the order enough lead time to get it delivered but because these businesses dont value us as consumers, they delay our orders without even communicating with you. This is disgusting as we dont just place orders online for the sake of doing it but we plan.

I think this will be my last purchase at this shop, and it is not the first time that I had to chase my order.
