Cape Union Mart doesn’t cater for mommies with prams and people with disabilities

Visited Cape Union Mart at V&A Waterfront (outside shop)today. We went with our baby in the pram. We were directed upstairs and got there using an escalator but when we wanted to go back down there was no escalator or lift back down only stairs. One of the sales people Clint kindly helped my husband take the pram down. I’d like to understand why the staff would direct us upstairs with a pram while there was no way back down again? Also Cape Union Mart you need to get with the times, people have prams and wheelchairs etc, you need to cater for the masses. This was a very disappointing visit. I’d hate to think If I was alone without my husband and without Clint. Thanks Clint for your help.
