Cape Union Mart does not take responsibility
Purchased a pair of Salomon shoes on 5 August 2014 in Cape Town. The shoe broke a month later and I took it back to the Sandton City branch. Store manager indicated that they would need to send the shoe to Salomon first before they could refund me. Nearly six months later and Cape Union Mart is still unable to refund me. Escalated the matter to Zina Blaauw at the head office in January 2015 and despite assurances to the contrary, they still have not processed the refund. It is one excuse after another and I'm no closer to resolution. Not acceptable customer service Cape Union Mart!
