Cape Union Mart dishonest

Gave in my R2000 KWay jacket for repair. Bought it last year July. Had to pay R250 on the day I gave in my jacket. Got a call today, after 9 weeks of not hearing anything, informing me they could not repair the panel as they did not have the material. When asking if I will then get a refund for the R250 paid, I was told no - the R250 is the handeling fee. This is absolutely ridiculous! Paying for something you did not even get. Would have been nice if the staff member taking in my jacket explained the purpose of the R250 and that there is a chance they might not be able to repair a 2019 jacket. Absolutely pathetic. Will not buy a product from Cape Union Mart again.
