Cape Union Mart disappointment

I placed an order at Cape Union Mart on 28 April 2020. With Lockdown delivery was not possible and they said after Lockdown. We reached level 4 and they could courier everything.

I have been tracking the parcel and tbey said it's in process when I tracked it Yesterday it says CANCELLED!

How shocked I was cannot be explained because I DIDN'T CANCEL MY ORDER! and they never informed me in any way the reason why they canceled it.

This us utter nonsense!

I am an huge supporter of Cape Union Mart. I own 8 jackets and this is the way they treat a loyal customer! Pathetic to say the least!
