Cape Union Mart & Dawn Wing a let down.

Cape Union and their courier of choice have been a let. For a first time shopping experience with them online I’m left disappointed. I placed an order on the 21st of July 2021, to this day I haven’t received what I paid for. The item checked in with Dawn Wing on the 24th of July 2021 in Pretoria but seems like it’s a mission and half for it to reach its final destination. Courier company doesn’t know where the parcel is, Cape Union Mart is still gathering feedback for a good two weeks now. So I humbly request my money back.
