Cape union mart bad service and not refunding

I recently purchased a few things online and every item there was discount added. Very happy i made a few other purchases only to find that they do not take the order further. After many messages, emails and phone calls i received one call that it was an error and i wont be receiving the products. But they will contact me with a email for the refund. But here i am waiting. No response no reply when i emailed again. Give me the orders or give me my money back.
