Cape Union Mart bad online experience

Received online email with specials, ordered a jacket, setup to collect from Cresta shop store, I had an overseas trip and wanted to take jacket with, not delivered and when received at shop, I was overseas, now they send back to warehouse and refund. This company have no idea how online business works, stay away
