Cape Union mart are lucky to have Lucky

I had the greatest experience at Cape Union mart in nichol way shopping center, I bought K-Way jacket a month earlier, I walked in with the jacket and was greeted by Lucky the store manager, I showed him some marks that showed up on the jacket after a wash(only wore this jacket 2 times) , he checked it out and he ended up exchanging it for me right away, now I was very upset about those marks on such an expensive jacket and probably would have never bought another K-Way Jacket ever again but after the amazing service I got from Lucky I will definitely buy more because I know if I have an issue it will be sorted out. Thank you Lucky for such a seamless experience.
