cape union MART and RCS SUCKS

Hi hello peter, I realized I week ago that CAPE UNION MART/RCS has listed me on ITC.I had the account with them ages ago which I settled the account at CAPE UNION MART in CENTURION(GAUTENG) the amount was around R4k plus. I contacted their call Centre on Thursday to find out I was sent from pillar to post, they even asked for a print screen from TRANSUNION showing that discrepancy, I was assisted by ELRICO, till today I am still waiting, today 21/12/2020I was helped by LIHLE promised to send me PAID letter, Two hours later I called and assisted by this rude agent LUHLE/LUKO and told me to call after an hour which I did i called again and I was assisted by ABONGILE till now I have not received my letter and I want my name out of the bureau. They said they have updated my email I want feedback as soon as possible as they have ruined my profile I wanted to buy myself a house.
