Cape Union Mart accepting payment, not processsing order and hiding afterwards

Cape Union Mart accepted payment for an order over 4K Rand 5 days ago. AFTER the instant EFT went through (my bank account was debited), their website switched to a "technical error, your order cannot be processed" page. No order confirmation, no receipt given. Their phone lines are not staffed currently, so I emailed asking for information or a refund immediately, and again the next day. No reply from them yet. Right now they are just happy to take your money and disappear afterwards as if you didn't existed. Do NOT order anything from them online.
