Cape Union Mart a bunch of ******* and *****s. Do not order from them

This weekend I ordered some stuff from Cape union mart online. I made sure it was in stock before I ordered. On Monday I noticed that my account on their website is not working, and that when I try to track my order I just get an error of its being processed. When I mail or phone them, I get the run around that its being processed and that it will ship immediately. On Tuesday the same thing, it has already shipped they will send the details/it will ship today they will send the details / it will ship with overnight, no need to worry. And now I just get a message that it will ship after lockdown, I cannot contact them again and they are not responding. Why should they, they already have my money, so they don't care.
