CAPE UNION MAET k customer not happy with response

Despite being regular customers at Cape Union Mart, Mall of The South and having bought many jackets and/or other products, I was extremely disappointed with the response I received when I brought in TWO Xpedition red rain jackets due to the lining pulling away from the fabric. These jackets were sent into Customer Care who were not able to repair or provide some form of compensation despite having concede that it could have been a manufacturing defect during the bonding process.
