Cape Union Loch Logan mall - losing orders

In the beginning of January I ordered a pair of Hi-tec Wildlife Lux womens shoes at the Loch Logan branch, since they did not have a size 5 in stock. I was told it would be ordered from the Mooirivier branch so it would arrive in a few days, which is good since I need them for a trip next weekend. After two weeks of not getting any feedback and calling multiple times, I was told yesterday that there was some kind of mixup with the couriers and that they will have to order a new pair for me. I called again this morning to confirm the order was placed and when I can expect the shoes, and all of the sudden they know NOTHING about my previous or "new" order. And now they are telling me they cannot order the shoes again because they are sold out. I am furious, I ordered those shoes two weeks ago!! All I get is a "I am sorry" and "we will call you back", which NEVER happens. I told Portia from the branch on the phone that I would hold while she checks the order book again (since they never call back) and she hung up!

Terrible terrible service. I want those shoes, since they were the only waterproof leather hiking shoes I could find and they were on special. My trip is next weekend so where am I supposed to find it now?? Very disappointing, I used to love shopping at Cape Union.
