Cape Union - K-way unacceptable

We bought a K-way jacket in December 2023. In May 2024 the name faded away. On 28 July 2024 we took it to Cape Union Mart Mosselbay. They said they Wil sent it away and will have to wait 6 weeks.

It is 9 October 2024, after my follow up today we were informed they have a back lock and the jacket is not back and will take another 6 weeks.

We pay a premium for this type of jackets and this is how they Handel a clear fabric fault.

This is unacceptable and will take this mater further.
