Cape Union **** - Disgusting Place to shop.

Telkom's people must most likely be working for Cape Union Mart.

Customer Service for online orders are the worst. They ignore the phones, and you wait on hold for forever, (mind you I've wasted plenty of airtime on hold), finally get through to a lady , gave her my tracking number and then she hangs up the phone on me! Atrocious service. This was my first time shopping with Cape Union Mart, and this will definitely be my last. Disgusting service.

I needed to know the status of my return as Cape Union Mart failed to communicate to the carrier any waybill number, the carrier failed to inform me when they would be collecting my return, rocked up out of the blue two days at my place, hooting and screaming like a bunch of hooligans, purely unprofessional. No email, text updates from Cape Union since regarding my return or my refund, just radio silence. Avoid Cape Union Mart at all cost. Save yourself the disappointment.
