Cape Union deliveries late

We bought a JACKET online, on Monday 4 July , we needed it before the weekend , it said 2-4 working days . On Friday I called , and got different stories about delivery , received sms on 6 July that parcel was received by DPD laser , and since 8July saying on its way to next location ? It is now work day no 8 , no sign of our JACKET yet , and call centre does not answer, tried since 8:00 , now 8:45 already
