Cape Union and K-way disappointment

I sent a new Down jacket into cape union due to the fact that the collar had started to discolour.

After waiting for over 5 weeks during winter, I finally receive a call in which I was informed that all the jacket requires is a wash. Well as if I havent tried this before sending it to your rocket science department for that infinite piece of wisdom, why on earth hadn't I thought about that before wasting mine and your time.

We always try and support local, but I am never left disappointed at the sheer lack of logic and service, hence this will be the absolute last K-way product I ever purchase. First Ascent and Northern Face do make a far superioir product so will rather pay the extra for a jacket or any item " I don't apparently need to wash"

Think South African service delivery has really lost touch with it's consumer due to greed. We pay almost exact prices that we would for an import, yet left with a sour taste.

Thanks for nothing and would be concerning myself with your companies petty policies as I doubt I will own any of your further ranges
