Can never get through

I have been trying to follow up on the progress of my online order. Yesterday after 1 hour 45 minutes I finally got a consultant to speak to. Today again after trying for about 30 minutes no luck and after demanding to speak to the manager I got a response. Turns out there's only 4 or 5 online sales consultants that work there no wonder they always busy. I also paid a extra R75 for expedited delivery but turns out nothing expedited it's just handled like a normal delivery. This is the last time I ever purchase from this group I rather pay extra for better service then this.
