Buying a gift

I phoned the store on a Sunday morning to enquire about sheepskin slippers which were destined as a birthday gift for my grandson the Wednesday. As they hadn't any in stock, I enquired where a pair could be found. I dealt with Anthony de Villiers. He promptly searched for me, and only one pair was available in the Bloemfontein store. I managed to ask a friend to buy them for me. Anthony was extremely helpful as well as resourceful in this regard. He actually got hold of my friend as well as the sales person in the Bloemfontein store and arranged that the desired slippers were available when my friend could collect them on the Monday. I was overwhelmed with the kindness, initiative and competence with which my inquiry and actual acquisition of my gift for my grandson was handled. I hope that the company will treasure this employee as he very clearly is a great asset to them. In this day and age my experience was a total delight. Thank you!
