Broken Shoes and no return allowed!

I purchased a pair of shoes at their Stikland outlet shop, the shoes didn’t even last 4 months and were only worn a few times, the sole came loose.

The store refused to take the shoes back, I had the slip and box.

Even the staff at your store say the stock there is sh**y!

I was given the managers number and he does not answer.

This goes against the CPA!

I am very disappointed and angry at this. I have wasted money.
