Brilliant service

What AMAZING AMAZING service, purchased a rechargeable spotlight/lantern from Cape Union Mart aver a year ago and only used it once prior to lockdown. Tried to charge it the other days and found that the battery was not recharging.

Went to Eastgate Cape Union Mart, thinking there would be all sorts of problems as I did not still have the purchase slip. NO PROBLEM - the staff member I was dealing with (think his name was Martin) exchanged the light with no questions asked.

Great service, pity I cannot rate more that 5 stars!
