Brilliant service

I bought a pair of Salomon shorts from the store two nights ago, and on wearing them the first time, the seam came unstuck to my bitter disappointment.<br> <br> I phoned the store, spoke to Brian who asked me to come in. The shorts were exchanged without any argument, and just to top it all off, I still got a discount as well for the trouble.<br> <br> This is the kind of service all stores should aspire to.
