Brian look for other work as sales is not for you.

Extremely poor service and from Brian at Vaal Mall. Made him aware of the fact that the item he was supposedly ordering was for a Birthday. Agreed on a shipping charge of R 360 on top of the purchase price and left my contact details to collect when it arrived.

Fortunately I followed up 3 days later to find that he has conveniently not bothered placing the order or letting me know it’s not available.

I will not be shopping here again.

Useless to say the least.
