Better to buy Sunglasses at flea market, at least you get a cover with you purchase

Good day.

I decided to once again purchase my 3rd pair of kway sunglasses from Kolonnade store.

Utterly disappointed that no care was given when asked about the sunglasses box.

Apparently no stock available and Cashier Moitlisi called on a what I thought a manager. No introduction just a we don't have stock.

Now how is that service?

I've sent so many of my colleagues family and friends to purchase at Kolonnade store but seeing the lack of importance given to me in the handling of my half purchase will stop doing so in the future.

So now I have shades to that open in my car and expecting scratches again soon as no protection was provided.

Now the question, are you going to respond and take my maternity seriously as a long time customer deserves or just get the same no care attitude as I got from the so called senior on duty?
