Dear Cape Union Mart, I just wanted to tell you what an absolutely awesome team of staff you have at your canal walk branch. My family and I visited the store this morning and from the moment we stepped through the doors we were welcomed and every single staff member wanted to assist us. At one point about three people were running around the store to help us. I have never experienced such great service before. A special thanks to Junaid, Thabiet and Imraan who went the extra mile for us. please reward and acknowledge your awesome staff. I am now a loyal supporter for your store forever! Keep it up!!!
