Being sent up and down by the manager at Cape Union Mart Cavendish Square store

<p>I've been to the Cape Union Mart store in Cavendish to return two Down jackets regarding certain flaws and issues experienced with them (one male and one female). As stated on the till slip, it is noted that items have a 12 month guarantee/warranty on the items. <br />Upon reaching the store I dealt with the manager, namely David who questioned the jackets as though the state of the jackets were due to negligence. After that was sorted, he refused to take back the female Down jacket as he said that he wouldn't want to be held responsible if the Warehouse says that it's not a mistake from their side, and after multiple questions answered on the male jacket, he finally agreed to exchanging that one only. <br />I've been sent to Canal walk to exchange the female one, and were told by the consultants that they should of dealt with the problem at the Cavendish store instead of sending me around. <br />The Cavendish store did not have either of the jackets in the sizes that I needed and I was then told that it would be ordered. I've phoned the store to ask if the jackets arrived, and spoke to David again where he said that he had only managed to get the female one as the male jacket could not be delivered due it being for a corporate order and that there was no other store that had the one I wanted. <br />After phoning Canal Walk I was told that they do have one and asked them to keep it aside. This was then my second trip to Canal Walk. <br />I then went to Cavendish to go and collect my jacket that I ordered and saw the other one I wanted hanging on one of the rails - after David specifically stated that there were no more of that kind!<br />This is the kind of service that i have been dealing with, regarding a simple request of just exchanging the jackets.</p>
