Bad service, getting ignored when you ask for help regarding a broken product

I bought a picnic bag from them and when I got home I saw the plate sin the bag were broken. I emailed them and I asked them if they could refund me a portion for the broken plates or if they could give me a voucher to replace them. There was no point taking the whole bag back because they told me that the one I bought was the last one. I emailed them about 3 times and I've just been ignored.

It's sad to say because this is one of my favourite shops. You buy from them and the product they give you is broken so they just ignore you when you ask for some sort of compensation.

Needless to say what you pay for these products is a lot , it's not like you can write that kind of money off.
