bad service from the manager at cape gate store

we had very bad service from the manager (white guy with glasses) at the cape union mart store in cape gate. Never in my life had I felt this small en incorrect in a store. I will never make use of your department in Cape gate ever again. Also contemplating of closing my account as this is no way of dealing with your customers that regularly visits you shop. He is the only manager that does not show his face around the shop and do not know his regular customers. This is not the way we have been treated in the past but unfortunately it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. We are regular customers and we buy a lot from cape union mart but this is making us think twice before making use of your services again.
