BAD Service from Eastgate store!!!

No service at all! I traveled all the way to your Eastgate store on Saturday to go and buy a specific jacket. They did not have a medium in stock, so the shop assistant (tall English white guy) advised that he will phone one of your Durban stores and source it for me. While us still being in the store he said he phoned, but their line is bad and they cant hear him, He however promised he will phone again, and let me know as soon as he got hold of them. Up until now no one has phoned me, and that jacket is probably sold out now!!! Surely you could've contacted them on email, or on the manager's cell phone?????? Really ****ty service!
