Bad service from Cape Union Mart

I ordered two items from them weeks ago, one item was delivered and one not, I already paid for both and repeated attempts to communicate with cape union mart have been ignored. My advise to any one thinking of buying online from them, rather go to their store so that you can be disappointed BEFORE you loose any money. If I am unable to get any response from them and cannot get them to refund me I will be taking legal action.
