Bad service cape union mart

Very bad service from cape union mart cradlestone mall!!!took my Bushnell binoculars in for repair that I bought from cape union mart a view year back for a repair and they could not repair it at the end of the day and said to me that it wil be replaced just to find out I have to pay R2800 in.I drove all the way from Pretoria just to find out that it is the wrong product.
