BAD SERVICE CAPE UNIKWAY!!!!!

I bought a Kway jacket in July and used it once for a hike where I had my back back, the jacket started running and feathers came off. I took it to Kyalami Cape Union Mart was told it will be taken for repairs which will take a month. I am doing a big hike in a week's time. I sent emails and was told a store leader would contact me. No one has made contact with me up until now. It's not the first time I get bad service from the Kway brand, I bought shoes 2 years ago and on the second hike they tore, I had lost a slip then, I complained on the website but there was no response. I am so disappointed in what we adventure people consider to be one of the best brands for outdoor life.....
