Bad Service by customer care and online store

On the 27 Nov 2020. I have purchased a pair of Solomon Alpha online The shoes start to make little holes ever where on the top of the shoes... a week later I I contact the customer care and told there of the problem.... And told me to take to close store... have done so and they told me they can't exchanges the shoes as there is not another pair.... I called the customer's care and was told I will just have to pay more or refund.... Got home and went online and in Gauteng more that 15 pairs are available in stock.... as well up to the 23 Dec 2020 they still advertise it on Facebook.... That how lazy Cape Union Mart head office become... Just want money will not check the system if there is really no stock..... Will no long support this company..... They don't have the stander they use to have.....
