Bad Service at Cape Union Mart Eikestad Mall

Not Happy at all. On Saturday i've asked to put a jacket aside until monday. The jacket was on sale for R399. This was not displayed on the tag first of all, and I had to advise the staff member to check on the computer, which indicates that they are not aware what's happening in their shop! I was unable to collect on Monday so i phoned them to keep it aside for the wednesday, they agreed all was good. At no time when i phoned did they advise me that the sale has ended. The lady whom i spoke to today 12/09/2019 sounded extremely irratable, and showed no empathy or helpfulness. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this Service as the should have advised me on the Saturday that the sale price was only valid for that day!
