Bad service

I am so disappointed with this store, on the 23thrd i placed two order on their online platform and i have only received one and what frustrates me is that i have never received any communication whatsoever. Yesterday i called them and then i was told that they are out of stock, my question was why was this dress on their online platform whereas they are out of stock or this is their way of de*****ing customers. secondly why there is no communication of what is happening. I bought this dress for my wife because there is a function that we have to attend this coming Friday and we have to leave Gauteng tomorrow. I am now frustrated and stressed because I don't know what to do. Can someone superior from this store attend to our frustrations and ensure that this issue is resolved before end of business today.
