Bad service
<p>We have 3 bad experiences with regard to service at Cape Union Mart Stores in Tygervalley, Canal Walk and their store situated in the car park at Canal Walk. My husband on seperate occasions had been shopping for shoes that these stores stock. When we could not find the right size , the sales person would suggest that he would source the right size from another store. After checking and locating the right size on the computer they offered to have the shoes sent to their store for our convenience promising to phone when the shoes arrived. On all three occasions we never heard from them again...</p>
