Bad service

Cape Union Mart service is terrible. After multiple attempts of contacting them, I never get more than sorry we're contacting the team. Nothing else. No feedback.

I had always thought highly of Cape Union Mart but following this experience and seeing the large amount of bad reviews, I am truly disappointed. This is clearly an ongoing issue - are CUM doing anything to better their services?
