Bad experience

Today, 23 December 2023, I went into the store at the Whale Coast Mall Herm**** looking to purchase a pair of sunglasses. At the display stand I spent at least 10 minutes looking and trying different sunglasses. At no time did any shop assistant approach or offer to help me. I choose a pair of Kway sunglasses at R499.00. When I went to pay for them I was told that there where no glasses cases left. I then asked for a discount and was told that the glasses cases were free and therefore no discount could be given. I was handed the glasses and my invoice without any wrapping at all. I left the store with my glasses and invoice clutched in my hand. I think that the attitude of the staff and the experience leave a lot to be desired. I will not be going back there again.
