Bad Customer Service
We bough Merrel shoes (mens shoes) at Cape Gate Cape Union Mart and made sure that when we bought the shoes about the guarantee as the shoes are not cheap. The sales man confirmed that it has a year guarantee. After 8 months the shoes tore on both sides in the front. We are from Paarl so we took it to Paarl Mall. We have phoned and have been to the store but they just keep on telling us that they are waiting...for what?? It's been 6 weeks! Now they don't even know where the shoes are. They really don't care about the customers. The guarantee means nothing!!
