Bad customer service

I was today in this store I was never so humiliated like this. I was labeled on a incident that happened last year!!! I took a manufacturing boot back to Old Khaki, the staff of Cape union mart was telling me in my face that they not going to check or order a boot for me cause I brought the boot back, shouting and laughing from the top of their lungs!! What happened to privacy of customers, so I as a customer don't have the right to take back a faulty boot, I was never so disgusted in my life. This was not at all funny or amusing to me!! Is this the kind of pathetic staff u employ!!! I hope u have footage in ur store to view what transpire today around 5pm. I still have the voucher of the boot of last year and wanted to spend it. Clearly I'm not going back to either store ever again!!!! I need my voucher to be refunded please!!!
