with the current black friday specials , i found 2 1/4 zip jackets for my husband , there was no online stock but it gave me the option of checking for store stock ,it showed baywest Mall had the size i was looking for - also note that it did not state that the promo is online only , i then went to Baywest store on Friday the 25/11/2022 after work, took the jackets and the lady that helped said it is online only - i then noted to her that the barcodes are exactly the same and that on the huge blackfriday label on the window outside it shows online and INSTORE - she then agreed that i could receive the items due to the barcodes matching - we got to the till and she noted that she could not do it beacuse the system does not allow her to change the price but will take my number and get the manager to call - the manager called the next day to say they cannot give it as it is online only and still today the 28/11/2022 nowhere does it show online that this is an online sale only - also to note my husband bought another grey one that was onsale online and got it for the price in the store as well - very dissapointed with such a big name to have such poor customer service
