Bad bad company

It was my first time i have buy from you. Never had such bad experience in my life. The people **** that my parcel is post more that 3 times. My vouchers money is gone. Its a week tomorrow and the problem still not sort out. You give discount on youre online shop and now you dont want to sent our problems because of discount. We have the right to get it for price we have paid for. The voucher money on my vouchers just disapear. I buy alot online and this never have happened to me. I will never buy from this company again. You stole my money.
